What this website collects
This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or contact forms.
The personal information we receive through this site is limited to what you choose to send when you email us at info@dydonenergy.com: your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message.
How we use it
We use the information in your email to reply to you and, if you ask for a demo, pilot or partnership discussion, to arrange it. We may keep the correspondence so that the team member who follows up has the context.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Email is handled by our business email provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing conversation or business relationship, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@dydonenergy.com.
We operate in Australia and Taiwan. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act and Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, as applicable.
