Who it is for
Fleet operators and charging site owners running chargers from more than one vendor, or planning to.
- Logistics and delivery fleets electrifying depots
- Bus and municipal fleets
- Charging site operators with mixed hardware
What goes wrong today
- One platform per charger brand
- Mixed hardware means mixed dashboards and mixed support contracts.
- Charging that ignores the timetable
- Vehicles charge when plugged in, not when it is cheap and still ready in time.
- Demand peaks at the depot
- Everyone plugs in at once and the site trips its demand limit.
What EVOS does
EVOS runs chargers from many vendors on one platform, schedules charging against the timetable and the tariff, and coordinates with on-site storage and solar.
- Multi-vendor charger management
- Chargers across brands through OCPP, with roaming through OCPI.
- Depot and fleet scheduling
- Every vehicle ready on time, charged in the cheapest window that allows it.
- Smart charging
- Site demand limits enforced across all chargers at once.
- Storage coordination
- Peak and off-peak arbitrage with on-site batteries and solar.
How it works, step by step
Connect
Connect chargers over OCPP and vehicles through the fleet system.
Monitor
See every charger, session and vehicle in one view.
Predict
Forecast departures, energy needs and tariff windows.
Optimise
Plan charging against readiness, cost and the site limit.
Control
Control charger power in real time, with storage in the loop.
Monetise
Sell site flexibility into demand response where available.
What you get
- One platform for all chargers
- Brands added without new software.
- Lower charging cost
- Sessions shifted into cheap windows.
- No tripped demand limits
- Site-level smart charging.
- Vehicles ready on time
- Scheduling starts from the timetable.
How a deployment runs
Assess the depot's chargers, vehicles and tariff, pilot on one site, roll out to the fleet, then add storage and aggregation.

Common questions
Which chargers are supported?
Any charger that speaks OCPP. Vendor-specific behaviour is handled in the integration layer.
Does it integrate with our fleet management system?
Yes, through the API. Departure times and energy needs come from your system.
Can we add storage later?
Yes. Storage joins the same optimisation when it arrives.
What about drivers who plug in at public sites?
EVOS manages the depot and any sites you operate. Public charging away from your sites is tracked through roaming where the operator supports OCPI.
